Drupal CMS to WordPress CMS Conversion
We retained the existing design and migrated the website from Drupal to WordPress CMS for improved content management. Migration empowered the website with a new set of functionalities and plugins such as calendar, news, social media, SEO, and more. We also enhanced the usability and mobile responsiveness of the website with the WordPress Bootstrap CSS framework.
Accessibility Implementation
The website was made ADA compliant to increase web accessibility and reach people with disabilities. For this, we followed WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. Here, we added features such as alternate text for images and icons, increased web page text contrast to 4:5:1, and more. We also tested markup compliance and rectified the markup inconsistencies with H1, H2, and H3 tags.
