Responsive Website Development
We conducted discovery during the start of the project to understand the requirements and the existing integration of the website with the third party databases.
We also created a existing content inventory and worked with the Library staff to finalize the content inventory after modifications.
Our design team created unique page templates such as text , text and images, text and tabular etc.
These templates were used for the web pages implementation. We integrated the third party database for the content search and presented the search output on the web pages.
We implemented WCAG 2.1 AA compliance by making sure that each UI element has a navigation focus and is read by the screen reader. We also made sure that all images have alternate text content.
We used Elementor page builder for ease of content editing experience for the library staff.
Third party integrations
Multiple integrations were implemented in order to fetch the library content from external systems such as Ebsco, search mobius to get the library catalog and resources and present to the website pages.
